Justin has Experience with Harm Reduction as a Volunteer with the Boston Public Health Commission
Justin Rosner is a graduate of Dartmouth College, earning a bachelor’s degree in economics & public policy.
Since 2014, Justin has been a member of the investment team at Battery Ventures in Boston, a global firm with a focus on making investments across the technology markets.
Justin has pursued various charitable and volunteer interests. Of note was his volunteer experience with AHOPE, a harm-reduction and needle exchange site operated by the Boston Public Health Commission. He has also previously volunteered with Portland Area Youth Soccer (PAYSA), coaching multiple youth boys’ soccer teams.
Justin enjoys spending time with family, staying active, being outdoors, and seeking out live music.
Chris Ellingwood was born and raised in Connecticut and attended Champlain College in Burlington, VT, where he graduated with a BS in Accounting.
Chris moved to Portland after graduation to accept a job offer from BerryDunn. He has lived in Portland since and is Principal of the firm’s IT Assurance Group. Chris specializes in IT security, internal controls, business process improvements, and accounting controls.

While in college, Chris was the Resident Assistant of the service-themed, community dormitory and was integral in bringing a mentorship program to campus, DREAM, which is still there nearly 20 years later. He also taught Accounting Information Systems classes online, as an adjunct instructor.
Chris lives in New Gloucester in a log cabin in the woods, with his long-time partner Pete, their tiny Aussie, Suzie, and their cat, Jack. He is a proud uncle to seven nieces and nephews and a self-proclaimed Lego nerd. He enjoys cooking, hosting family and friends, gardening, and home projects. He is beyond proud to be part of the Preble Street Board and looks forward to learning more and advancing the organization’s mighty mission.
Joe is a Veteran and Industry Leader
Joe Ingream is Senior Vice President and Head of Employee Benefits for OneAmerica Financial℠. He is responsible for all aspects of the company’s group benefits business, including overseeing strategy, distribution, finance, underwriting, product development, operations, and service.
He has more than 20 years of group-benefits leadership experience, with multiple executive, council, and board positions under his belt.
Before working in the insurance industry, Joe spent 14 years as a corpsman in the U.S. Navy, specializing in clinical pathology. He earned a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and an MBA from the University of Portland in Oregon. He currently sits on the Worksite Benefit Councils for LIMRA and the ACLI, and is a former board member for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Maine and the Integrated Benefits Institute.
Joe lives in Scarborough, Maine, with his wife, Stacey, and three daughters. He has been active with the local education foundation and as a youth coach. He is honored and excited to contribute to Preble Street’s mission and to make a positive difference in the greater Portland community.
